Is there a charge for customers?

No. OnCallFix is completely free for customers. You only pay the tradesperson for the work they do, no platform fee on your side.

What does the 10% commission cover?

The 10% commission funds the platform - payment processing, customer support, verification of tradespeople, the technology and the security of the marketplace. It only applies to completed jobs that have been signed off.

When is commission charged?

Commission is automatically deducted from the customer's payment before it's released to you. You'll see the breakdown on every job summary so it's always transparent.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. There's no minimum term. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer a free trial?

We offer a 14-day Pro trial when you first sign up, no credit card required. After that you can stay on Pro, downgrade to Starter, or pause your account.

What happens if I get a chargeback?

If a customer disputes a payment after sign-off, our team will mediate within 24 hours. Sign-off serves as proof of work completion, so chargebacks are rare.
